Congressman Pete Sessions gained House approval of his amendment to the Department of Defense Appropriations Bill of 2012 (HR 2219) to increase funding for research and treatment of Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI) and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
