Recent Progress in AFM and Nanomedicine - Applications of Force Spectroscopy and Peak Force Tapping
Over the last two decades, Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM) has emerged as a tool of choice to image live cells in near-physiological environment. More recently, AFM has proved itself as a valuable technique to elucidate the cause of several diseases at nanometer and piconewton scales. This webinar will review possible AFM modes that can be used in the field of nanomedicine to provide insight on how molecular processes can explain the cause of different impairments having direct impact on health. Secondly, we #39;ll focus on a specific application and detail how a potential molecular marker of female infertility can be functionally characterised at the submicrometer scale by using AFM.From:BrukerNanoSurfacesViews:181 0ratingsTime:01:03:24More inScience Technology
