The presentations will include interim data from the open-label extension study of aficamten, REDWOOD-HCM OLE (Randomized Evaluation of Dosing With CK-274 in Obstructive Outflow Disease in HCM) and two additional analyses from GALACTIC-HF (Global Approach to Lowering Adverse Cardiac Outcomes Through Improving Contractility in Heart Failure), one on the effect of treatment with omecamtiv mecarbil in patients with heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF) and low blood pressure, and the other on the impact of tricuspid regurgitation on clinical outcomes in patients with HFrEF.
