50 year old working on a six pack, progress so far, a ways to go still
I turned 50 this year, decided to try and get a six pack for the first time in my life. I work full time, but do go to martial arts classes (Hapkido, JiuJitsu and Kickboxing) when I can. I now exercise every morning as well and after cutting down on carbs and increasing the exercise, I am starting to show results. It #39;s tough with age, family and work, but it can be done and I am on my way to getting more fit. no drugs, only a little muscle milk occasionally, so no real #39;supplements #39; either.
