Can you believe we are hitting mid-June already?

If you didnt know, June is Alzheimers & Brain AwarenessMonth.

Did you know that Alzheimers affects around 400,000 Texans, and almost a million and a half caregivers?

While there is not yet a cure for Alzheimers, there are things you can do to promote brain health.Heres the big ten you should put into practice every day!

You can also help by taking part in The Longest Day.Its held on the date of the summer solstice this year, June 20th.Its aimed at starting and continuing the conversation about brain health.

Theres still time to join The Longest Day events for this month.
