(Part 4 of 4) Tony Ferrandino spoke at the "Spotlight on Batten Disease," an educational event presented at the CIRM Governing Board Meeting on August 13, 2008. Ferrandino's son, Drew, was diagnosed with Batten disease in January 2007. Ferrandino spoke about his family's journey to identify Drew's condition and to seek out a treatment
