The Lincoln County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a hearing on the proposed Blind Bull Meadows PUDMaster Plan on Wednesday, April 24. The meeting time is set for 7 p.m. According to the Lincoln County Office of Planning and Development, the tentative meeting location for the April 24 hearing is the Cokeville Town Hall.

However, the meeting location may be changed if the number of attendees exceeds the Cokeville Town Hall capacity. Any meeting location change will be announced by the Office of Planning and Development. The proposed project calls for subdividing approximately 73 acres into 30 units. The project area is located 25 miles up the Greys River on part of what is known as the Deadman Ranch. The property is currently zoned as recreational.

The Office of Planning and Development is accepting public comments on the project proposal. Submit comments on the project to John Woodward, planning director. Comments received by 5 p.m. on Monday, April 15 will be included in the planning staff report. Additional comments on the project will be accepted through 5 p.m. on Monday, April 22.
