The family of a talented swimmer and basketball player, who was born with cerebral palsy and is confined to a wheelchair most of the time, has asked for approval of a new basketball net and court for his hometown. Aspatria Town Council agreed to the request from the parents of Sam Wilson, however decided it would not be able to fund the works.
