Ive spoken to many fellow Colgate students, read up on articles and have even integrated personal experience in hopes to promote a healthier casual sex environment where all parties are comfortable, happy and ultimately leave feeling satisfied. I believe that some of us can agree that casual sex can be worthwhile at the right time, in the right circumstances and with the right people. Continue reading

Emma Adam's recommendations for supporting Gen Z teens and young adults struggling with heightened stress amid COVID-19 EVANSTON --- Stress from COVID-19 along with stress related to health care, the economy, racism and the presidential election is seriously threatening the mental health of our country, particularly our youngest generation, according to a new national survey from the American Psychological Association (APA). As COVID-19 cases rise and the holidays approach, The American Legion is encouraging posts and members to shift their Buddy Check programs to assist veterans coping with mental health and well-being challenges. The nations largest veterans organization is also urging Congress to pass the Buddy Check Week bill which will make wellness checks a national priority for the Department of Veterans Affairs.
