Dr. Sandra Lee, aka Dr. Pimple Popper, has tons of skincare tips to help get us through our time in quarantine.

Resources are limited when youve been stuck at home for weeks (or months? how long has it been?), which is why Dr. Lee is focusing on simple hacks that use products you can get almost anywhere.

The doctor already told In The Know about her five-step nighttime skincare routine, but now shes shared an easy way to help treat eczema and dry skin all with products you might already have in the house.

Its an issue thats especially important right now, as Dr. Lee noted that continuous hand-washing can dry up your skin. She also stressed how important skincare is during a time of increased stress.

Eczema or psoriasis can flare with stress, Dr. Lee told In The Know. So its important to try to do things to help minimize the stress on your skin as well as on your mind.

Dr. Lees solution? Remind yourself to moisturize. The doctor suggested keeping a bottle of quality hand cream right by the sink that way, youll always remember to use it after washing your hands.

If thats not doing the trick, Dr. Lee recommends using a hydrocortisone cream, which is easily available over the counter.

Her final tip: super glue. It might sound crazy, but Dr. Lee said the substance can help people with eczema, especially after their skin has started to crack.

If you actually get cracks, a good tip is to use liquid bandage or superglue, believe it or not, Dr. Lee said. A lot of us dont have liquid bandage at home, but we may have super glue. If you just coat a crack in your finger, it actually will create a bandage, so it helps it to heal faster.
