Kristina Conner, CNP HIBBING/GRAND RAPIDS Fairview Range and Grand Itasca Clinic & Hospital announce the addition of Kristina Conner, CNP with University of Minnesota Health Heart Care, to the medical staff in Hibbing and Grand Rapids.

Conner lives in Grand Rapids and provides cardiology care in collaboration with Dr. Dan Brody, cardiologist, five days a week between Fairview Mesaba Clinics-Hibbing and Grand Itasca.

I am excited to get back to working in the clinic, providing cardiac care. I am passionate about chronic disease management and prevention, and look forward to providing our heart care patients the best possible care, close to home, said Conner.

Conner was born and raised in Walker, MN. She received her masters degree from the College of St. Scholastica in Duluth and is board certified through the American Nursing Credentialing Center (ANCC) as a family nurse practitioner. Conner was a primary care provider with Essentia Health prior to coming to work in the emergency department at Grand Itasca. She recently completed training with the University of Minnesota Heart Health program.
