Moms Mentoring Moms is a support group program designed to help vulnerable mothers change their story from one of addiction to alcohol or drugs to one of hope. They understand the transformative power of mentorship which is founded on the principles of support, love, understanding, acceptance and compassion. Supporting the mother is in the best interest of the child. Children have better life outcomes when their mothers receive appropriate and timely support. To raise money for Moms Mentoring Moms, I am riding 100km per day for three consecutive days, starting tomorrow.
