STACEY Solomon has revealed her top tip for laundry - washing her sons' clothes with reusable soap nuts.

The mum-of-three says the eco-friendly nuts, which cost 5.99 for a 300g bag providing 100 washes, are a godsend for eczema.

Posting on her Instagram stories yesterday, Stacey told her 3 million followers she was having a lazy day on the sofa.

The Loose Women star later added: "Made it off the sofa and roley poleyed into the wash room to force myself to wash the school clothes.

"LOADS of you asking me about my soap nuts - they're just a natural version of liquid tabs I think.

"I started using them because the boys have such sensitive skin I can only use really sensitive things to wash their clothes or they get eczema or rashes...

"But they work really well and they're really cheap (works out about 5p per wash) because they're re usable".

She previously explained: "They're supposed to be an environmentally friendly version of liquid tabs 100% biodegradable and they smell Devine".

Stacey, 30, is mum to 10-month-old Rex with partner Joe Swash and sons Leighton, seven, and Zachary, 11, from previous relationships.

For those who are still confused, the 'soap nuts' grow on trees and contain 'Mother Nature's detergent' saponin.

The nuts, which are actually berries, create a gentle foam when you wash to remove dirt, keep colours bright and act as a natural fabric softener too.

Stacey has become a huge cleaning and tidying fan in recent months, sharing her tips on Instagram and becoming pals with clean-fluencer Mrs Hinch, 30.

She's even bought Rex his own hoover - so he can clean along with mummy.

We previously revealed how her sister is the secret organisation guru behind the stars obsession with labelling.
