A 2008 stroke survivor undergoes ECP (external counter pulsation) to increase the blood circulation throughout his body. This technology will alleviate the congestive heart failure and angina pain by increasing the size of the blood vessels, allowing more blood flow to critical parts of the body, including the brain.
