Rohrer was also ordered to pay a $1,000 fine andcontinue to follow mental-health and chemical-dependency treatment recommendations.

Rohrer briefly apologized before he was sentenced. His attorney, Lance Lundvall, said Rohrer suffered a traumatic brain injury in August 2011that influenced his behavior.

Rohrer and 24-year-old Timothy John Keil were charged with kidnapping and other offenses after they confronted a man last Aug. 8 over a $700 marijuana debt.

The victim said Rohrer and Keil threatened to hurt his family and rape his girlfriend in front of him if he didn't get in their car. They then drove to a residence on Foster Lane.

The victim was then tied to a chair andan X was shaved into his head. Rohrer and Keil then left, andthe man was able to free himself and call police.

Keil received a five-year suspendedsentence in December.
