On October 8 and November 12, he failed to surrender to custody at Channel Magistrates' Court without reasonable excuse.

On February 10, in Stockdale Gardens, Deal, he was drunk and disorderly and had in his possession a kitchen knife, without good reason or lawful authority.

Magistrates sentenced Green to 180 days in prison, suspended for 12 months, and gave him a six-month curfew to remain at an address in Stockdale Gardens between 6pm and 6am daily. The curfew runs until September 12.
