A TEENAGER from Fortune College in Christchurch is going to take part in the Romsey 5 Mile this weekend to raise money for the Fortune Centre of Riding Therapy. Aaran Kane, who has learning difficulties and cerebral palsy, ran the Maverick Original Hampshire race at Holmsley as a trial run for the Romsey 5 and, despite the extremely muddy conditions, finished the race strongly. The Romsey 5 Mile, organised by Challenging Events, is held in the grounds of the Broadlands estate on Sunday 26th January at 9am. Continue reading
