It has been 30 years since Tony Mandarich hoodwinked the scouting world, in general, and the Green Bay Packers, in particular.

Mandarichs name has become synonymous with all-time draft bust. When the Packers finally said goodbye, their longtime publicist Lee Remmel referred to it as one of the strangest stories in the franchises then-75-year history. The Packers are 100 years old now, but theyve never blown a draft choice quite like they did with Mandarich.
