When I came round the pain wasnt as agonising as Id imagined.

Mark, from Birmingham, insisted he was able to walk away from the London Centre For Aesthetic Surgery on Harley Street where the operation took place just a few hours later.

He said: I wasnt walking like John Wayne but my surgeon warned me I wouldnt be able to make love for another two weeks.

When Marks dressing was removed and the swelling had lessened he was thrilled.
