Officials said the unlawful profits from the misbranded drugs were made through a York County business.

York, PA -

Four men, including one from York County, were indicted Thursday with allegedly being involved in a scam to distribute misbranded erectile dysfunction drugs through a York County business and concealing the profits, according to the United States Attorney's Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.

Almuntasser "Alex" Hbaiu, 34, of Los Angeles was previously charged with criminal conspiracy, delivery of misbranded drugs, receipt of misbranded drugs and two counts of wire fraud. A grand jury returned a second superseding indictment on March 8 that charged Hbaiu with additional offenses of structuring financial transactions and bank fraud.

The new indictment also charged three additional people. Ahed Hbaiu, 32, of Etters is charged with criminal conspiracy, delivery of misbranded

Gil Conrad Dizon, 24, of Los Angeles and Christopher Mouzon, 27, also of Los Angeles, are facing charges, as well.

The superseding indictment charges that the four men were involved with various companies that sold drugs including Mojo Nights, Libigrow and Blue Diamond -- all marketed as all-natural versions of sexual enhancement drugs, the release states.

The drugs contained sildenafil and citrate, active ingredients found in Viagra, and Tadalafil, also an active ingredient in Cialis. Both are prescription drugs, officials said.

In addition, the four men conspired to avoid the requirement that banks report cash transactions of $10,000 or more by putting deposits into various bank accounts.

Some of the money was used to pay off a mortgage of a home in Hummelstown, officials said.
