RACINE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A Racine mother is asking for the public's help after her sons bike was stolen.

Sparkle Robinson said her son, Dashawn, only had the bike for a couple weeks before someone decided to take what didnt belong to them.

It actually makes me feel angry," Robinson lamented.

All she wants is for the thief to return it.

I dont need to meet you. I dont need to see you, you dont need to see me, just put it back. Thats all Im asking," she added.

She said that she, and her two boys, wanted to ride on Sunday, Sept. 20.

Thats until her oldest son Brandon realized his brothers bike, with the adjustable seat, was gone.

She said it was taken from her backyard, near Horlick High School.

Its like a royal blue, it has three wheels. Its like a sit-down bike," Robinson said.

Ten-year-old Dashawn has cerebral palsy, and walking can be difficult.

I cant balance that good, and I cant ride a regular bike," Dashawn Grandberry said.

But he said this bike got him back outside and with his family.

It goes fast enough to make me keep up with my brother and my mom," he added.

For Robinson quality time is important, and shes asking for the publics help to get that back, too.

If you dont want any consequences just put the bike back in the backyard where you got it from," she said.

The bike is welded together, and so unique, that Robinson hopes someone will easily recognize it.

Shes also made a police report.
