Greys Anatomy will have you reaching for the tissues, but this time to avoid contracting a rapid flu taking over the hospital. Preview which doctors succumb to the symptoms and get a sneak peek at a new face in the pediatric floor!

On tonights all new Greys Anatomy season 10, episode 18, You Be Illin, the doctors fight through a flu epidemic that takes over the hospital. In the clip featured below, it looks as if Derek is the first to succumb to the virus and it could not arrive at a worse moment. Meanwhile, Alex and Arizona work with a new doctor, guest star Patrick Fabian (Big Love) in pediatrics.

Following Cristinas fever dream featuring two failed relationships with Owen, she quickly snaps out of her haze and realizes that distance is the best option for her career and sanity. Backing away from the figurative path diverged in a wood, Cristina diverts her attention to the only consistent, successful relationship in her life, her friendship with Meredith.

The hospital gets inundated with flu infected patients, which causes the doctors to slowly fall ill one by one. Derek must fight off the sickness as he prepares to give a speech on brain mapping and the residents place bets on who will fall ill first. Meanwhile, a new doctor at the hospital gives Alex a glimpse into an alternate form of medical practice.

That tree looks familiar, have we been here before? After ten years a doctor with an alternate form of medical practice is a tried and true story line for Greys Anatomy, especially in the pediatric ward. It was not too long ago that Arizona was the all too chipper, boarder line crazy, pediatric resident of the hospital. however, the new doctors usually provide a great service to highlight traits the doctors hope to implement into their own medical practices.
