The couple will seek therapy to help them work through their issues. But can Arizona get over the biggest thing that Callie did to her getting pregnant with Marks child? If she hasnt already then things arent looking good that they ever will.

But Callie has something to hold over Arizona as well her infidelity. Both think that theyve given up everything for this relationship. And maybe its just too much for either to bare anymore.

One good thing happening this week, it looks like Callie will be getting some good time out with Meredith. Both could use a good female friend at this point.

Because lets face it, Alex cant relate on every level with Meredith. Plus both are going through trouble in their marriages.
