Lexy Farrell joined as the marketing coordinator, Cassandra Latour as a human resource generalist and Meaghan Stark as conventional mortgage processor. Farrell was previously a human resources coordinator at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals and a social media content coordinator for Highly Caffeinated Marketing. She has a bachelor's degree from Brockport. Latour previously was a payroll administrator at Albany Molecular Research and the human resources director at Saratoga Regional YMCA. Stark was previously a processing supervisor and underwriter at Trustco Bank.

MORGAN STANLEY

Matthew Baitinger completed the firm's insurance accreditation program. Baitinger is a financial advisor in the Glens Falls office. According to Smith Barney, "recipients of the IPD designation have demonstrated a commitment to, and understanding of, holistic goals-based wealth management planning through the incorporation of insurance solutions into their practice as a foundational component of risk management."

ALBANY MEDICAL CENTER

Dr. Jess Randall joined the pediatrics department. Randall is a pediatric interventional cardiologist who has advanced training in cardiac catheterizations for newborns, youths and adults. He received his medical degree from the University of Kansas and completed his residency in pediatrics at Phoenix Children's Hospital/Maricopa Medical Center. He completed his advanced fellowship in pediatric interventional cardiology at the University of Colorado and fellowship in pediatric cardiology at the University of Iowa.

NEW YORK ONCOLOGY HEMATOLOGY

Ellen Gokey joined as director of palliative care. She earned a master's degree from Sage College and a bachelor's in nursing from Elmira College. Gokey is certified in hospice and palliative care and as an adult nurse practitioner. She is a member of the New York State Nurse Practioner Association and the Capital Region Palliative Care Clinicians.

SARATOGA HOSPITAL MEDICAL GROUP

Dr. Michael Bourla joined as a nephrologist treating patients with kidney diseases. Dr. Bourla earned his medical degree from the Albert Einstein School of Medicine and completed his residency at Tulane University School of Medicine. He has a bachelor's degree from Duke.

Named Dr. Robert Donnarumma chair of emergency medicine at the hospital. He will be responsible for the Alfred Z. Solomon Emergency Center and urgent care centers in Wilton and Queensbury. He will continue to head the hospital's stroke program and remain as medical director of the Sexual Assault Nurse Examiners Program. He is also a representative on the Regional Medical Advisory Committee. In addition to those responsibilities, Donnarumma will continue to serve as medical director of the hospital's COVID-19 testing tent. He earned his medical degree from New York Medical College and completed his residency in emergency medicine at the School of Medicine at SUNY Buffalo. He earned his bachelor's degree from Cornell.

ST. PETER'S HOSPITAL

Dr. Sulaiman Hasan joined Albany Cardiothoracic Surgeons, the exclusive provider of cardiac surgery at St, Peter's. Dr. Hasan has been a cardiovascular and thoracic surgeon for 29 years and performed more than 6,000 major surgeries in his native country of Pakistan at Aga Khan University Hospital where he was chief of heart, lung and vascular services and in Charleston, S.C. and Parkersburg, Va. He has had a private practice for the last 17 years. He established the open-heart surgery program and minimally invasive open-heart surgery procedure at Aga Khan hospital. He received his medical degree from Dow Medical College in Pakistan and completed his general surgery residency at the Bronx Lebanon Hospital Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York.

Stephanie McDermott joined the firm as an associate attorney working at the firm's Glens Falls office. She previously worked as a judicial law clerk at the York county Judicial Center in York, Pa. McDermott earned her Juris Doctor from Penn State and is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania. Her bar admission is currently pending in New York. She also has earned a bachelor's degree from SUNY Geneseo.
