Fight Erectile Dysfunction the Safe and Healthy Way with Function for Men

Posted: Published on January 31st, 2013

LOS ANGELES, Jan. 30, 2013 /PRNewswire/ --Since sexuality is such an important part of who we are, men will always seek out effective erectile dysfunction remedies. So, it's no surprise that such massively marketed and potentially dangerous pharmaceuticals as Viagra and Cialis have generated an awful lot of attention -- as well as plenty of cold, hard cash -- for the big drug companies. Fortunately, the search for effective erectile dysfunction natural remedies mounted by the Antiaging Institute of California has brought us Function for Men. This amazing herbal erectile dysfunction treatment unleashes the power of an unlikely but nevertheless powerful substance: watermelon extract. It turns out that this product of one of America's most popular fruits is rich in Citruline and Arginine. These are two amino acids that are known precursors to nitric oxide, a powerful molecule that increases blood flow to every organ in the body including, of course, the one in question for sufferers of ED. Function for Men also contains the vitalizing supplements Panax ginseng and L-Tyrosine, as well as grape seed and Yohimbe extract, all of which are natural substances that are known to have a range of positive effects on the male body. Public release date: 30-Jan-2013 [ | E-mail | Share ] Contact: Lauren Woods Law2014@med.cornell.edu 646-317-7401 Weill Cornell Medical College NEW YORK (January 30, 2013) -- New data suggests the erectile dysfunction (ED) drug Cialis may also be beneficial in helping men who have problems with ejaculation and orgasm, report researchers from NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center in the February issue of the British Journal of Urology International. Cialis is currently approved for the treatment of ED, benign prostate hypertrophy (BPH) and for treatment of men with both conditions. Their study, a meta-analysis of 17 double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trials of men with ED, is the first to analyze the benefit an agent like Cialis offers for common issues of sexual dysfunction that may have little to do with ED. Their study concluded that approximately 70 percent of men who used Cialis during sexual activity for 12 weeks were able to ejaculate most of the time and to reach orgasm, compared to 30 percent in the placebo group. Also, these benefits from the drug were seen despite the level of a man's ED severity. "There are many men who have, at most, very mild problems achieving an erection but who cannot easily … Continue reading

Prescriptions in homes for sale targeted

Posted: Published on January 31st, 2013

SAN DIEGO - The number of San Diegans selling their homes is on the rise. But before you hang that "for sale" sign in front of your home, 10News has a warning for you. Many people hide valuables such as jewelry when potential home buyers go through their home. Now, real estate agents also advise hiding your prescription medications. Kevin Burke, who is on the board of directors for the Greater San Diego Association of Realtors, told 10News thieves are pairing up and targeting open houses. "One will distract or engage the real estate agent. The other will wander through property and take things," he said. "Right now, they just know to go for medicine. They know where it's going to be and most people keep it in their master bathroom medicine cabinet." The pills are as easy to hide as they are easy to sell on the street. "Almost impossible to trace that's what they're looking for, something they can get rid of pretty quickly," said Burke. Selling prescription medication on the street is big business. These days, a single Oxycontin pill can go for $50 to $80. Real estate agents said it is hard to say how widespread … Continue reading

Express Scripts and CIGNA Under Review: U.S. Healthcare Industry Looks to Transform

Posted: Published on January 31st, 2013

LONDON, January 31, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- The healthcare industry is preparing itself for sweeping reforms after the U.S. Supreme Court in June last year upheld President Obama's Affordable Care Act (ACA). The ACA will have a significant impact on all players in the industry from pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs) such as Express Scripts Holding Company (ESRX) to health insurers such as CIGNA Corp. (CI). StockCall has posted technical analysis reports on Express Scripts and CIGNA. Sign up today and access these reports for free at http://www.stockcall.com/research Impact on PBMs Under the ACA, new reporting and regulations will come into effect for Medicare Part D plans and health plans taking part in state exchanges, who have their own PBM or contract with a PBM. However, the transparency requirements are not expected to have any material impact on PBMs. In fact, expanded coverage and launch of biosimilars are expected to benefit PBMs. Indeed, PBMs stand to benefit the most from the reforms as they will manage expanded prescription drug insurance for plans sold through health insurance exchanges. Express Scripts' Cautious Outlook Although the ACA is likely to benefit PBMs in the long-term, in the near-term, a weak business climate and unemployment outlook … Continue reading

AD in parliament would decriminalise personal drug use

Posted: Published on January 31st, 2013

Alternattiva Demokratika has expressed its solidarity with David Caruana, who is facing criminal charges growing cannabis in his balcony. In a statement, AD's spokesperson for citizenship Robert Callus said that "the law was absurd because it puts people who are only users of the drug and never had any intention to sell at par with drug dealers". Callus said that people who have harmed no one are being imprisoned sometimes for ridiculously long periods of time. Daniel Holmes is another case in point as are others with similar experiences." AD chairperson Micheal Briguglio said that if in Parliament, AD would propose the decriminalization of personal drug use. "The victims of drug addiction and dependency are to be considered as persons in need of help and not as criminals." According to Briguglio "Decriminalization would also ensure that recreational drug users, including those who cultivate soft drugs for personal use, are not criminalized for their lifestyle."
