Eva Lopatin Dickerman and Andrew Edward Weil were married Oct. 19 at the Paramour Estate, an events space in Los Angeles. Dan Shear, a Universal Life minister and a friend of the couple, officiated, with Cantor Edward Robin participating.

Ms. Dickerman, 33, is a manager of Odenkirk Provissiero Entertainment in Los Angeles, where she represents writers, directors and performers. She graduated magna cum laude from Harvard, and received a law degree from Columbia.

She is a daughter of Laura Lopatin Dickerman and Dr. Stuart A. Dickerman of New York. The bride's father is a cardiologist at the NYU Langone Medical Center and a clinical associate professor at the Leon H. Charney Division of Cardiology of New York University School of Medicine, both in New York. Her mother was a stay-at-home parent, who until 1983 was a freelance writer focusing on medical subjects.

Mr. Weil, 35, is a director of Original Series at Netflix, where he works on original series programming and oversees interactive film and television, in Los Angeles. He graduated from University of Southern California.

He is a son of Susan Katz Weil and Steven E. Weil of Houston. The grooms mother is a senior producer at BXS Insurance in Houston, a subsidiary of BancorpSouth Bank in Tupelo, Miss. His father, a certified public accountant, is the chief financial officer of Houston Metro Urology, a group practice in Houston, and runs a private tax practice.

The couple were introduced in 2016 through the dating app Hinge, and shortly had their first date at what they both described as a terrible immersive theatrical experience in downtown Los Angeles. Their second date fared far better dinner at a restaurant in Los Angeles, where they spoke for hours.
