Grey's Anatomy fans, it's almost time to say goodbye to Sandra Oh, who is set to exit the long-running ABC hit drama at the end of the season, and Cristina Yang is not about to ride off into the sunset. Come on, this is a Shonda Rhimes show, so if you thought Cristina's exit would be a smooth one, well then, you must be new.

In Thursday's all-new episode of Grey's, aptly titled "Change of Heart," Cristina faces her most difficult decision ever. Watch our exclusive sneak peek above to find out the heartwrenching choice Cristina will have to make...

Grey's fans were shocked when Oh announced she was departing the series after 10 seasons back in August, saying, "It's been a great privilege to play the character of Cristina Yang onGAand I am both sad and excited to see where this, her final season will take her."

And Rhimes promised fans a fitting end for Oh's journey, teasing, "When Sandra walks out of my door,Grey's Anatomywill be once again be forever changed."

The end of Cristina's journey will also see the return of Isaiah Washington, whose character Dr. Preston Burke left Cristina at the altar in season three. "He gives her story that full-circle moment we need to properly say goodbye to our beloved Cristina Yang," Rhimes said.

Grey's Anatomyairs Thursdays at 9 p.m. on ABC.
