IVF specialist Bourn Hall has started a fresh phase of expansion by opening a new fertility centre in Peterborough. The satellite clinic opened today and follows a previously announced 3.5 million investment by Mobeus Equity Partners to support Bourn Halls growth strategy. Bourn Hall is the leading provider of NHS-funded IVF treatment in the East of England. Last year saw record clinical pregnancy success rates among all patients across all of its clinics with more than half (55.8 per cent) of patients aged 37 or under becoming pregnant following IVF treatment at Bourn Hall. The figure is above the national average at a statistically significant rate according to the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority (HFEA). Although fertility declines with age, the results for women aged 38 and over were also excellent at 38.2 per cent clinical pregnancy rate.
