This is an exciting opportunity for a Research Officer / Postdoctoral Researcher to join our Atherothrombosis and Vascular Biology Laboratory.

We pursue a broad range of projects that have the common focus of improving diagnosis and therapy of thrombotic and inflammatory diseases such as myocardial infarction and atherosclerosis. Most recently we have extended our research based on the successful application of our biotechnological tools for the targeting of activated platelets towards diagnosis and therapy of autoimmune diseases, such as multiple sclerosis, and cancer.

Duties

In this role you will be expected to:

Skills and Experience

Academic knowledge of a health science discipline such as immunology, biochemistry or molecular biology and the ability to translate, adapt and apply this knowledge that is associated with a PhD is essential. PhD with a research focus on molecular imaging of atherosclerosis and/or inflammation is highly desirable. Preferred experience include:
