The MUSC Childrens Health Heart Centers Adult Congenital (present from birth) Heart Disease program offers patients a comprehensive management team.

The MUSC Childrens Health Heart Center is one of the few pediatric centers to offer state-of-the-art programs in both cardiac (CT) & cardiac (cMRI).

Our pediatric cardiologists provide in- and out-patient diagnosis, treatment and follow-up services for a full range of heart disorders throughout the state.

The MUSC Childrens Health Heart Center has cardiothoracic anesthesiologists who plan safe anesthesia use based on the unique needs of each child.

Cardiothoracic surgeons at MUSC Children's Health excel in all surgical procedures for cardiac disorders, with more than 350 operations performed annually.

The MUSC Pediatric Echocardiography Lab is a full-service imaging program, performing routine, complex and fetal echocardiograms.

The MUSC Fetal Heart Program provides comprehensive care for mothers carrying babies with a confirmed or suspected heart problem.

The Heart Health Program is a comprehensive service encompassing both pediatric weight management and preventative cardiology services.

The MUSC Childrens Health Heart Rhythm Program provides comprehensive evaluation & management of arrhythmias in the fetus, infant, child, adolescent & adults.

The MUSC Childrens Health Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (PCICU) team provides care for children who need complex medical and surgical treatment.

The MUSC Childrens Health Heart Center Interstage Monitoring Program prevents life-threatening events & improves growth between newborn & 2nd stage operations.

The MUSC Childrens Health Heart Center treats kids with congenital tracheal stenosis. To date, our one-year survival rate after slide tracheoplasty is 100%.
