Psychiatric Medical Care, TriStar Centennial, Wilson Bank & Trust and WPLN have updates

Dustin Davis has joined Psychiatric Medical Care as vice president of inpatient operations. Davis has more than 20 years of health care management experience and was most recently market CEO for Springstone in Houston. Before that, he was CEO for Universal Health Services in the Virginia and Florida.

In addition, Maggie Music has joined PMC as VP of human resources. She has more than 15 years of health care experience and has worked on physician-owned medical groups, hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers.

TriStar Centennial adds three cardiologists

TriStar Centennial Medical Centers Heart and Vascular Center has brought on board cardiologists Ashley Bock, Kyle Mandsager and Ann Gage.

Bock is a heart failure specialist who specializes in advanced heart failure and transplant cardiology. She went to the University of Colorado School of Medicine, completed her residency at Duke University Medical Center and is fellowship-trained in cardiovascular medicine from the Cleveland Clinic Foundation.

Mandsager is an electrophysiologist who specializes in the evaluation of heart palpitations, management of arrhythmias, atrial fibrillation and ventricular tachycardia. He graduated from Yale University before attending medical school at the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine. He completed his residency at Vanderbilt University before receiving fellowship training in cardiovascular medicine and electrophysiology at Cleveland Clinic Foundation.

Gage is a cardiologist specializing in coronary artery disease, cardiogenic shock, cardiac critical care and mechanical circulatory support. She attended medical school at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine followed by a residency at Vanderbilt University. She is fellowship trained in cardiovascular medicine and cardiac critical care from the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. She also completed a fellowship in interventional cardiology from University Hospitals Case Western Reserve in Cleveland.

Wilson Bank & Trust brings on West End assistant manager

Michael Vest has been hired as the first assistant manager at Wilson Bank & Trusts West End office. Vest joined the bank in 2017 as a community banker at the West End location, where he served until participating in the banks trainee program throughout 2019. Originally from Memphis, he earned his bachelors degree from Southeastern University in Florida and managed Apple stores in Memphis and Huntsville before moving to Middle Tennessee.

WPLN taps Wilkins to lead new music discovery station

Nashville Public Radio has named Jason Moon Wilkins program director of its new music radio station, which launches this fall. Wilkins has been host of All Things Considered on 90.3 FM WPLN News.

Wilkins has worked as a touring musician, music director, manager and music journalist. In addition, he has helped launch or consulted with numerous events and festivals, including Next BIG Nashville. Wilkins is a co-founder of Do615, a Leadership Music alumnus and a founding member of the Mayors Music Council. He also has served on the Grammy board and worked at Thirty Tigers before making the move to public radio. Most recently, he produced and hosted the special program A Radio Wake for John Prine, which was carried by multiple stations nationwide and was the most streamed feature in the history of WPLN News.
