I am thrilled to invite you to join us for the EUBS 2019 and the Hyperbaric Medicine & the Brain conference.

On September 9th 2019 we are looking forward to meet and host you for four full days, for this International conference right-on the gorgeous beachfront of the City of Tel Aviv. The conference will focus on the medical aspects of Hyperbaric medicine, treatments and up to date research. The academic program will include invited speakers and scientific presentations, workshops, sessions discussions, and exciting topics. These will include, among others, sessions relating to Non-healing wounds, Diving and Hyperbaric environment. The emerging indications related to hyperbaric oxygen and the brain will be covered in depth by the world leading investigators in the following fields: Traumatic brain Injury (TBI) and its related Post-concussion syndrome (PCS), Mild cognitive impairment (MCI), Age related cognitive / functional decline, Stroke, Post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), Chronic pain syndromes and Fibromyalgia (FMS). In addition, new exciting physiological data related to the effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on sport performance and mitochondrial function will be first presented in the conference.

The social events will include a pool-side cocktail evening, a gala night, happy hours, and other surprises. The conference will take place at the David Intercontinental Hotel, located directly on the beautiful beachfront of Tel-Aviv. Tel Aviv is a world renown city, a top tourist destination, which is acclaimed for its culinary culture, bars, music, museums, friendly people, and of course a variety of sea activities. To those who wish to explore the vast culture of Israel we will invite you to join daily tours to Jerusalem (1 hour drive), Haifa (1 hour drive), the Sea of Galilee and more.
