Daniel Joly, Belgian-born master chef-owner of Mirabelle Restaurant, is teaming up with fellow Beaver Creek homeowner Jonathan Rotella, CEO of Center Wound Healing and Hyperbaric Medicine, today for a culinary benefit evening, Elite Chef, for the Kit Carson County Memorial Hospital in Burlington.

Kit Carson County Health Service District serves a community of approximately 8,000 residents in eastern Colorado. Elite Chef is a fundraiser that will provide more than 300 guests with some of Colorados best food, prepared by a select group of professional chefs from Burlington, Wray, Denver and Beaver Creek. All of them are competing for guest votes to be the hospitals Elite Chef of 2019.

Joly is the only Belgian master cook currently working in the United States and was recently added to Belgiums Mastercook Wall of Fame, the only U.S.-based chef to achieve that honor. Joly is also a member of Euro Toques and was a judge for the 2014 Taitinger Culinary Competition in Paris.

All participating chefs are donating a package for the guests to bid on during a live auction in addition to their time and talents. The highest bidders will win a personal chef for a large party or a simple dinner for four. For more information, visit. http://www.mirabelle1.com or http://www.nexgenhyperbaric.com.
